How to exchange a size or return an Alura Wear piece within 60 days.
60 days to be sure
Try your pieces on over clean underwear. If the fit is not right, you have 60 days from delivery to exchange or return unworn items with tags and hygiene seals intact.
Exchanges
Email contacto.alurawear@gmail.com with your order number and the size or shade you would like instead. We reserve the replacement while your return is on its way.
