Using your tracking link
Your dispatch email contains a tracking link from the carrier. Tracking usually updates within 24 hours of dispatch.
Lost the email?
Email contacto.alurawear@gmail.com with your order number, or the email address and full name used at checkout, and we will resend your tracking details.
Delayed parcels
If tracking has not moved for five business days, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier and, if needed, resend your order.
